Role Responsibilities
As the Chief Engineer, you will lead our property maintenance team, ensuring that all systems function seamlessly to provide an exceptional experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the property maintenance team, exemplifying a hands-on approach and multitasking abilities.
- Collaborating with the management team to ensure guest satisfaction, compliance with health and safety regulations, and the efficient operation of the maintenance department.
