Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Incremental Revenue: Develop and execute strategies to drive incremental revenue with top agencies, leveraging our paid and organic solutions to meet their clients' goals.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations, educating them on how to leverage our platform to maximize success for their partners.
  • Prove Demonstrable Impact: Use a combination of metrics and market feedback to demonstrate the impact of the agency team's work and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Continuously keep agencies updated with new Pinterest ad offerings, enabling them to present new opportunities to their partners.
  • Track and Analyze Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to agency relationships.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with cross-functional teams to help Pinterest build a world-class advertising platform.

Requirements

  • Agency Experience: 10+ years of experience in digital advertising agency and agency sales, with a focus on performance advertising products.
  • Executive-Level Relationships: Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with executive-level business and marketing leaders within agency organizations.
  • Revenue Pipeline Management: Demonstrated ability to manage revenue pipeline with forward-looking predictability.
  • Business-Focused Creative Thinker: Independent, business-focused creative thinker with a passion for working with leading agency and technology partners.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with attention to detail and a bias for proactively resolving issues.

Relocation and In-Office Requirements

  • This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.
  • This role will require in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and must be in a commutable distance from our London office.
