The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain regular communication with subsidiary finance teams to understand business developments and lead them through the related financial reporting implications of acquisitions, IFRS 16 Lease accounting, and other issues on a proactive basis.
  • Consolidate PLC and Group financial results at half-yearly reporting periods and on a monthly basis as part of month-end processes.
  • Work alongside auditors to ensure a smooth audit process, taking into account the responsibilities of Group Finance and the wider finance team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the production of CFO FP&A reporting packs.
  • Undertake ad hoc projects as required.
