Compensation: £13.21 - £13.43 (inclusive rate) Additional Pay: Weekend shifts - Time & a half, Public Holidays - Double time & Night shift premium (8pm - 10pm shifts)

Essential Skills (These will be used for shortlisting)
Ability to interpret information, such as service feedback, and direct it to the appropriate personnel for prompt resolution. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Capability to handle expressive behavior from individuals we support, responding sensitively to their families and caregivers. Proficient in building relationships with individuals from diverse cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds. Enjoyment in collaborating as part of a team to complete shared tasks.Qualifications and Experience
Basic literacy and numeracy skills for documenting activities in care plans. Fundamental understanding of the needs and rights of the individuals we support. Proven experience working effectively within a team. Knowledge of Health and Safety protocols, First Aid, Fire procedures, and Manual Handling - Desirable NVQ Level 2/Diploma in Care or equivalent qualification - Desirable Previous experience in a care environment, particularly with individuals who have disabilities or are vulnerable - Desirable Experience in facilitating group activities - DesirableRewards and Benefits
