Join Our Team as a Field Service Engineer

Cytiva is a leading provider of innovative solutions for the life sciences industry, and we're seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, qualifying, and maintaining our instruments at customer sites, while ensuring compliance with all EHS and quality procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform installation, qualification, and maintenance of instruments at customer sites
  2. Ensure compliance with all EHS and quality procedures
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery
Requirements:
  1. Background in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related STEM field
  2. Working knowledge of calibrated tools, hand tools, and power tools
  3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience working in a GxP environment
  2. Strong IT skills relating to networking and automation
  3. Working knowledge of electronics and electricity

Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this role is $67,000-$73,000, with bonus/incentive pay opportunities. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
