Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Engineer to provide essential support in maintaining air conditioning systems at a significant facility in Plymouth. This role encompasses both scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of HVAC equipment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on air conditioning systems.
  • Address system failures and execute repairs in a timely manner.
  • Identify issues and apply effective solutions.
  • Adhere to health and safety standards in all operations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service while fostering strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Relevant certifications in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
  • F-Gas Certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within facilities management or building services.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
