At Teaching Personnel, we are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Educational Support Assistant to provide assistance within the KS1 and KS2 sectors. This role is essential for fostering a supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver tailored support and guidance to small groups of students, helping them achieve their educational goals.
- Collaborate with the classroom teacher in planning and executing engaging activities.
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily lessons and provide necessary support to the teacher.
Essential Qualifications: A solid grasp of numeracy, literacy, and communication skills is crucial across all age groups. The ability to manage challenging behaviors with professionalism is necessary. Strong organizational and communication skills are vital for success in this role. A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one is required.
