Job Summary

The role of Traffic Supervisor at DX Network Services Limited is to manage the day-to-day running of the traffic operations team, ensuring all aspects of the traffic operation are completed in a customer-focused, secure, and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the traffic operations team, supporting development and training of traffic clerks
  • Support compliance checks related to health and safety and transport management
  • Address escalated customer issues through timely actions
  • Responsible for on-road management of the delivery fleet, ensuring maximum delivery performance
  • Support the Operations Manager in achieving site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Perform basic management administration tasks

Requirements

Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced work environment is advantageous, as is proficiency in Word and Excel.
