About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ROL CAD Technician to join our team at PEXA Group, a leading multidisciplinary consultancy based in London. As a key member of our CAD department, you will play a crucial role in delivering technical services to support our surveyors in providing professional advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage CAD workload and deadlines, ensuring efficient distribution of tasks and maintaining up-to-date project schedules.
  • Facilitate effective briefing of CAD department by ROL surveyors on every project, ensuring technicians have all necessary information.
  • Develop and implement CAD standards, workflows, and quality management procedures to maintain high-quality deliverables.
  • Assist Directors in managing outsourced subconsultants and quality checking the team's work.
  • Record daily timesheets accurately and diligently.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in design, engineering, architecture, land surveying, or a related field.
  • CAD certification or relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and MBS, with a strong understanding of CAD software and workflows.
