About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Analytics Lead to join our Data team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Digital Squad and driving our Digital Analytics roadmap to ensure the business has the necessary data capabilities. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the Digital Squad, owning the digital analytics strategy, overseeing tracking and tools implementation, managing Looker dashboards, conducting A/B testing, and leading a team of analysts.
Experience Required
Key technical skills include proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, Snowplow, and Looker, as well as experience with data collection, transformation, and visualization. You should also have experience with web analytics, tracking, and A/B testing within the E-commerce sector. Leadership, collaboration, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and product management skills are essential for this role. Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also crucial.
Team Collaboration
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Digital, Trade, and E-commerce teams, as well as Customer Insights and Data Science teams, and Product and Tech Squads.
