Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Specialist

Overview:

Core Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the commissioning of new electrical projects.
  • Facilitate the installation of new electrical product lines.
  • Execute electrical repairs and installations throughout the facility.
  • Mentor junior maintenance team members to enhance their electrical skills.
  • Assist fellow maintenance personnel with their responsibilities as needed.
Required Skills and Attributes:
  • A commitment to safety in all work practices.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and skill development.
  • Strong communication abilities with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, showcasing logical reasoning and practical solutions.
  • Flexibility in task management and prioritization to meet business demands.
Educational Background:
  • Completion of a recognized apprenticeship program.
  • Possession of the BS7671:2018 certification.
  • Proven experience and competencies in electrical maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent certification.
  • Certification for operating mobile elevated work platforms.
  • Experience in renewable energy installations.
  • Certification for working with mobile access towers.
