Position Overview:
Are you an experienced Business Strategist with a background in the Insurance or Financial Services sector?


In this pivotal role, you will report directly to the International COO and contribute significantly to enhancing performance and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include spearheading the execution and oversight of operational initiatives while collaborating closely with senior leaders, including the Head of Group Operations, to develop operational strategies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage operational projects that align with the company's growth objectives and M&A strategies.
  • Assist in the design and rollout of an international target operating model in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Assess and recommend operational initiatives that improve workflows and workplace environments.
  • Analyze and suggest enhancements to business practices, processes, and governance structures.
  • Oversee the performance of direct reports, ensuring clear goals, regular evaluations, and constructive feedback.
  • Provide leadership and development opportunities for team members, nurturing their skills and competencies.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in working with international organizations is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders across diverse business functions.
  • Proven track record in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel internationally is a must.
  • Familiarity with international regulatory frameworks or the FCA regulatory environment is advantageous.
  • Language proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
