Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Omega Leeds. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or maintenance or similar manufacturing.
  • HND or HNC diploma in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
  • Or equivalent of any of the above in electrical or mechanical fields preferably with a manufacturing background.
  • Ideally Manufacturing industry experience.
