About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Estimator at ADAS. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the production of tender submissions, assisting with the completion of pre-qualification documents, and preparing accurate estimates for various projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the production of tender submissions using templates and company information to produce draft submissions, formatting documents according to a prescribed style, following up additional requests, and proofreading before printing and distributing finalised tenders.
  • Assist with the completion of pre-qualification documents.
  • Review works information thoroughly.
  • Identify any gaps in the information provided and liaise with clients.
  • Prepare, price, and issue accurate estimates for a variety of projects.
  • Complete and submit PQQs and tenders, including all supporting information.

Requirements

  • Education to degree level with experience of tendering, preferably in a related discipline.
  • Experience of working in a tiered procurement environment, for example, construction.
  • Familiarity with recognized forms of contract, for example, those produced by JCT and NEC.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a large volume of information and documents.
  • CSCS card.
  • Full UK driving license.
