We are seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Sirona care & health CIC. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to children with non-malignant life-threatening/life-limiting conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training and Development: Assist with the training and development of parents, carers, and other professionals on the caseload to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide holistic care.
  2. Care Delivery: Ensure that care is delivered to agreed standards and within the policy framework of Sirona: care and health and NMC guidelines.
  3. Clinical Competence: Maintain and update own clinical competence and skills to provide evidence-based care.
  4. Family-Centred Approach: Promote a family-centred approach to care and empower the child's family to take a lead in their child's care.
  5. Condition Knowledge: Develop and maintain knowledge of the conditions that affect the children on the Lifetime caseload.
  6. Liaison and Collaboration: Liaise with the band 6 nurses when there are changes in the child/family's needs and work as part of the Lifetime core nursing team to provide clinical advice and support to the multi-agency teams.
