Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual who is committed to providing high-quality care and education to children with special educational needs. As a SEN Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and well-being of our children, working closely with parents and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of individualized care plans for children with SEN
  • Work closely with parents and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the creation of a nurturing and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and development of all children
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in SEN
