Supply Forecast Associate Role

CK Group is seeking a highly skilled Supply Forecast Associate to join their team in the pharmaceutical industry. This contract-based role is based in Basingstoke and offers a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and own the inventory for the UK and Ireland Affiliate.
  • Ensure timely entry of forecasts into the system.
  • Review and align forecasts with sales and business plans on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure adequate stock levels at LSP depots/warehouses meet patient demand and contracted requirements.
  • Collaborate with Affiliate quality team to ensure compliance to GDP and establish clear processes.
  • Produce and compile monthly reports for DOS and Inventory reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • APICS qualified or Graduate in Supply Chain focused degree.
  • SAP experience in Inventory Management and replenishment (min 2 years).
  • 2 years experience in replenishment and inventory management using ERP.
  • Awareness and understanding of GDP.
  • Understanding of S&OP process.
  • Analytical and process-driven.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Experience of Tableau would be an advantage.
