About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Countermeasure Development Engineer to join our Electronic Warfare Support Group (EWOS) team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our in-house countermeasure simulation software tool, CounterWorX.

As a Countermeasure Development Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from developing new countermeasure techniques to supporting internal initiatives related to innovation and research. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain our in-house countermeasure simulation software tool, CounterWorX
  • Work on a wide range of projects, from developing new countermeasure techniques to supporting internal initiatives related to innovation and research
  • Collaborate with our software development team to ensure seamless integration of our countermeasure software
  • Analyze and design countermeasure techniques across a variety of real-world scenarios
  • Verify countermeasure parameters for best performance against specific threats
Requirements
  • Degree in a STEM subject, ideally in Mathematics, Physics, or Electronics
  • Experience using programming software, such as MATLAB, Simulink, or Python
  • Understanding of modeling techniques, including stochastic, deterministic, and exploratory models
  • Experience in at least one stage of model development, including design, build, integration, test, and deployment
