About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Just Recruitment Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out service and repair on a range of vehicles to excellent standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out service, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles to meet dealership standards.
  • Communicate effectively with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control.
  • Provide expert technical advice to customers on occasion.
  • Maintain thorough and up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, leading to customer loyalty and referrals.
  • Maintain good housekeeping standards and orderly administration of work.
Requirements
  • Aptitude for multi-tasking and an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain quality awareness.
  • Excellent communication skills and a full driving license.
  • NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Service and Repair, along with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • A valid MOT Smart Card is desirable.
