Position Overview

The primary purpose of this role is to assist installation teams with planned and reactive fault diagnosis, basic commissioning tasks, panel modifications, and addressing technical inquiries at the site level. This position requires effective communication with various departments and collaboration with clients, providing exposure to diverse aspects of the water industry in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work a standard 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with additional hours compensated at an overtime rate.
  • Company vehicle and all necessary power tools and testing equipment will be provided.
  • Perform various types of Low Voltage electrical work.
  • Possess a reasonable understanding of mechanical systems.
  • Conduct NICEIC Testing.
  • Diagnose faults and perform diagnostics without the need for drawings.
  • Modify panels and circuits without relying on drawings.
  • Commission a variety of equipment relevant to the water sector.
  • Collaborate with Systems Integrators on commissioning and modifications.
  • Navigate HMI/SCADA systems effectively.
  • Prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) to ensure safe working conditions.
