About the Role

As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting a diverse range of clients, including public and private UK and international companies and their owners. Your responsibilities will involve:

  • Assisting with mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt funding, and general corporate structuring
  • Collaborating with colleagues both locally and nationally to deliver high-quality work
  • Participating in business development activities, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our client's well-regarded practice
Requirements

To be successful in this role, our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor who:

  • Has 5 to 10 years of experience
  • Has a track record of making an immediate impact and is ambitious to progress their career within corporate law
  • Is proficient in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance, and a knowledge of debt finance will be beneficial
  • Has strong academic achievements coupled with initiative, drive, and exceptional organisational skills
  • Possesses self-motivation, resilience, and excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Has a strong client management approach and an interest in business development
