Job Title: Cybersecurity Senior Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Cybersecurity Senior Manager to join our team at Macquarie Group. As a trusted advisor, you will provide expert guidance on cybersecurity risk management, regulatory compliance, and cyber due diligence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing regulatory requirements and advising on cybersecurity contractual terms
  • Responding to client requests and assessing cyber risks of new products and services
  • Reviewing risk acceptances and assisting deal teams during investments, mergers, and acquisitions
  • Providing executive engagement, business support, and cyber awareness
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience in a cybersecurity advisory role and in a regulated industry (financial services an advantage)
  • Strong knowledge of common information security frameworks (e.g. NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO27001, CIS)
  • Good understanding of security capabilities of main cloud platforms
  • Familiarity with assessing compliance to regulatory obligations and interacting with regulators and auditors
  • Strong analytical and verbal reasoning skills, with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
