About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect to join our team at HCLTech. As a Technical Architect, you will play a key role in providing technical leadership and expertise to our clients, helping them to design and implement innovative solutions to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring that technical solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with company standards.
  • Design and implement technical architectures for large-scale projects, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and apply that knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing cloud-based technologies, particularly in the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) space.
  • Strong knowledge of IdAM technologies, including SailPoint and Saviynt, as well as interaction with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, SAP HR, and Beyond Trust Password Vault.
  • Good understanding of the wider technologies and challenges involved in IGA and related application integration and JML automation.
  • Server, platform, and infrastructure services deployment experience.
  • Technical vendor relationship and management oversight experience.
  • Technical artefact creation and Exec-Level presentations.
  • Technical requirements writing and steer on business analysis.
  • Advanced business and technical English, written and spoken.

  • Working on multi-million pound investment programmes.
  • Appropriate qualifications/certifications within the IdAM sector.
  • Work experience in the finance/banking sector.
