Job Overview

KFM Recruitment Ltd is seeking dedicated Packers/Production Operatives to join a reputable food manufacturing facility in the West Hull area.

Employee Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: £11.44 - £15.14
  • Holiday Entitlement: 5.6 weeks, increasing to 6.6 weeks after 12 weeks of service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently picking and packing products on a dynamic production line
  • Upholding strict food hygiene standards
  • Constructing boxes for packaging
  • Palletizing finished goods
  • Labeling products accurately
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace
  • Adhering to a shift schedule of 2 days on, 1 day off, followed by 2 nights and 3 days off.

Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in food production is essential
  • Demonstrates reliability and punctuality
  • Able to perform tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible to accommodate 12-hour day and night shifts.
