Electrical Maintenance Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at CMS. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical maintenance and repairs in domestic buildings across the PO areas.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 NVQ and 18th edition certificate as a minimum requirement. You will be required to work Monday to Friday on a 9 hour day from your own transport and tools. Higher rates will be considered for additional testing qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out electrical maintenance and repairs in domestic buildings
  • Work on fire alarm upgrades and repairs
  • Assist with minor installation and testing tasks
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery

Requirements:

  • Level 3 NVQ and 18th edition certificate
  • 18 months+ experience in electrical maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
