Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly experienced Paid Search professional to lead our Paid Search team and drive client growth. As a Senior Paid Search Manager, you'll be responsible for managing high-spending Paid Search accounts, developing and retaining a leading portfolio of DTC brands, and leading a team of Paid Search Executives.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Take complete ownership of high-spending Paid Search accounts, with budgets up to £50K+ per month.
- Client Growth: Develop and retain a leading portfolio of exciting DTC brands, with a focus on client retention and growth.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support a team of 1 Paid Search Executive, providing training and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Onboarding and Integration: Lead the onboarding process and integration of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and successful account setup.
- Research and Analysis: Execute research during client onboarding and account development, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-changing E-commerce landscape.
- Continuous Improvement: Never settle for current results, always striving for continuous improvement and excellence in Paid Search performance.
- Client Communication: Lead regular client communication across Slack and Google Meets, providing concise and value-driven insights to enhance their experience and understanding.
- E-commerce Expertise: Provide ongoing E-commerce expertise and value to all clients, going above and beyond in areas such as CRO, Creative Strategy, and Post-click feedback.
- Leadership and Example: Set a high standard for the team, leading by example and demonstrating the qualities that drive career growth and success at Prospa.
- Client Profitability: Always focus on client profitability, ensuring that our clients achieve their business goals and objectives.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in Paid Search channels and E-commerce, with a strong understanding of the DTC landscape.
- Management Experience: Previous management experience is essential, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and data management capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to problem-solve and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
We offer a competitive salary bracket of £40,000 - £50,000, based on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and development. Our team is passionate about E-commerce and agency work, and we're looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm and values.
