About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Server to join our team at RedCat Pubs. As a Bar Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Player - You will work collaboratively with our team to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Product Expert - You will be knowledgeable about our menu and drinks offerings, and be able to make recommendations to our guests.
  • Stock and Cash Handling - You will be responsible for accurately recording customer orders and handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Customer Service - You will provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Teamwork and Communication - You will work effectively with our team to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service.

Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills - You will be able to communicate effectively with our guests and team members.
  • Knowledge of Menu and Drinks Offerings - You will be knowledgeable about our menu and drinks offerings, and be able to make recommendations to our guests.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment - You will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration - You will be able to work effectively with our team to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
