About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance of our buildings, grounds, and equipment to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of all work undertaken, ensuring that buildings and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
- Support in responding to day-to-day needs and planned maintenance, refurbishment tasks, and repairs for the home.
- General maintenance and repairs, including decorating, to ensure that buildings and equipment have a neat and tidy appearance at all times.
- Have an awareness and empathy for those entrusted within our support, carrying out duties being mindful of their needs and personal space.
Requirements
- Previous experience of general maintenance and experience of working to strict Health and Safety guidelines.
- Proactive and personable individual with good working knowledge of plant and machinery.
- Flexible approach and ability to work as part of a team dedicated to the highest possible standards and best possible outcomes.
