Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in SAP, specifically in the PTP (Procure to Pay) domain. The ideal candidate will possess 12-16 years of comprehensive SAP expertise, including a minimum of 10 years in the MM (Materials Management) sector, with at least 5 successful end-to-end S/4HANA implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic input in project planning and execution aligned with defined objectives, specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Collect and structure business/user requirements, conducting thorough feasibility analyses.
  • Design applications for systems architecture and integration.
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to adapt to the evolving business landscape.
  • Exhibit strong problem-solving capabilities while offering production support, focusing on business continuity and customer satisfaction.
  • Create comprehensive technical and functional specification documentation.
  • Develop and execute system/unit test plans, including user acceptance testing.
  • Formulate implementation schedules and oversee system implementation processes.
  • Ensure that project success criteria are consistently achieved.
  • Foster robust relationships with IT and business stakeholders to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

The candidate must demonstrate a profound understanding of various procurement processes, including intra-company and intercompany procurement, third-party order processing, and subcontracting. Familiarity with import processing and/or SAP-EWM is advantageous.

Hands-on experience in integrating MM/Logistics execution functions with other modules such as PP, QM, FI, CO, SD, and PM is essential. Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal, and written communication skills are required, along with a collaborative spirit and a strong independent work ethic.
