Orridge and Co Ltd is a prominent provider of inventory management services across various sectors. We are currently looking for a Retail Inventory Control Supervisor to strengthen our workforce. This position entails overseeing a team of inventory specialists at client sites to perform stock assessments efficiently and accurately utilizing handheld devices.
No prior inventory management experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of inventory colleagues
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations
- Conduct stock assessments using our specialized system
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the inventory process
- Ensure adherence to client-specific protocols and service level agreements
- Train and support new inventory specialists
- Address any inventory-related inquiries
- Achieve productivity and accuracy benchmarks
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience
