About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at WongDoody. As a Senior Business Solutions Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital products and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Requirement Gathering Workshops: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document functional requirements for complex digital products.
  • Manage End-to-End Functional Requirements: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring that all requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Create Detailed Functional Tickets: Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates, ensuring that all requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Collaborate with Internal and External Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including product owners and developers, as well as external teams, to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.
  • Resolve Blockers and Unknowns: Proactively identify and resolve blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope, ensuring that the project stays on track.
  • Support Client Product Owners: Assist client product owners in finalizing requirement details and articulating decisions, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Transfer Completed Functional Tickets: Transfer completed functional tickets to client BAs, ensuring that all requirements are clearly understood and met.
  • Assist in Backlog Prioritization: Collaborate with the product team to prioritize the backlog, ensuring that all requirements are aligned with strategic goals.
  • Serve as a Single Point of Contact: Act as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6+ Years of Experience: In business analysis, with a proven track record of driving the creation of detailed component and page template specifications within JIRA.
  • Expertise in AEM Components and Templates: Proven expertise in creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and anticipate challenges.
  • Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning.
  • Backlog Prioritization: Ability to prioritize backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations.
