Job Title: Commercial Pricing Manager

Location: Flexible hybrid working

Role Overview

As a Commercial Pricing Manager at Vermelo RPO, you will lead on pricing outcomes and use your analytical flair, commercial experience, and trading expertise to improve pricing performance of BGL Own Brand Products and some of the UK's leading insurance brands. You will use your expertise to develop others in the team to drive commercially successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for accountable brands' contribution to the annual Motor & Home trading plan.
  • Ensure that trading performance for accountable brands is closely monitored, with trading variances raised and appropriate interventions proposed and delivered.
  • Motivated by the challenge of deriving and owning pricing decisions, using advanced analytics, to develop a range of pricing interventions to maximise value from the current market.
  • Accountable for end-to-end build of price changes and implementation of pricing models for accountable brands, ensuring all controls are adhered to, while challenging process to ensure controls are adequate and propose changes where necessary.
  • Effectively influence stakeholders and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to adopt your trading strategies, and ensure alignment of pricing and brand strategy.
  • Active ownership of team development and contributing to the growth of the team.
