Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer to join our team in Newport. As a key member of our residential projects team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and technical expertise on a range of residential projects, including bespoke homes, housing developments, and apartment schemes.

About the Role
  • Work with a team of 27 residential professionals to deliver exceptional results
  • Contribute to the design and development of residential projects, from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Utilize Revit software to create detailed designs and technical drawings
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Designer in the UK
  • Proven track record of working on medium to large-scale residential projects
  • Familiarity with Revit software and its applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days at home and 3 in the office
