Brandon James Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful office in central Manchester. This is a prime opportunity to fast-track your career with a consultancy that is not only established nationwide but is also experiencing exciting growth.
About the Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a pivotal role in helping the team grow from 10 to 15-20 surveyors in the next year. You'll work closely with the Directors on delivering high-value projects of up to £100 million across a diverse range of sectors, including Education, Health, Heritage, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial, Residential, Retail, and Commercial Offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion
- Run projects independently with strong Pre and Post contract experience
- Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role with a UK Consultancy
- Project Management or Employers Agent experience is highly desirable
