Job Summary:

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled Fabric Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Fabric Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance in a large team on a large building responsible for all landlord services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform basic carpentry tasks, including repairs and replacements.
  • Conduct painting and plasterboard work to maintain the building's aesthetic appeal.
  • Change locks and door hinges to ensure secure access.
  • Repair floors to prevent damage and ensure safety.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of building systems and services.
