Russell Taylor Group Ltd is seeking a highly skilled LCMS Scientist to join our team. As a key member of our bioanalytical team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing bioanalytical methods, ensuring they meet all regulatory requirements.

• Develop and validate bioanalytical methods for the analysis of small molecules and large biomolecules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the development of robust and efficient bioanalytical methods.
• Provide expert advice on bioanalytical techniques and instrumentation to colleagues and clients.
• Contribute to the development of business development strategies and proposals.
• Stay up-to-date with current scientific developments and regulatory requirements in the bioanalytical community.

• PhD or relevant degree in a chemistry or life science related subject.
• Previous experience working in a regulatory bioanalysis lab with experience performing LC-MS/MS bioanalytical assays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
