About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to lead our Hydration Category team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, supporting stills acceleration, and designing and delivering business plans for 2025 and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies
    • Help develop and execute growth strategies (LRP) to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Support stills acceleration and design and deliver business plans for 2025 and beyond.
  • Illuminate Brand Potential and Strategy
    • Illuminate brand potential and strategy to inspire key customers and bottlers to drive support and commercial acceleration of brands in key markets and retail channels.
  • Identify Key Business Priorities and Work with Cross-Functional Partners
    • Identify key business priorities and work with cross-functional partners and agencies to bring brand and retail marketing programs and supporting materials to the marketplace.
    • Create consumer experiences across Retail, Digital, Pack, and Live XPs that surprise, inspire, and drive Trial/weekly+.
  • Help Manage Brands' P&L
    • Help manage brands' P&L, including Net Revenue, Gross Profit, EBIT, and Direct Marketing Expense.
  • Track Brand and Project Performance
    • Track brand and project performance through data analysis by converting KPIs and findings into specific insights and actions that add value to the business.
  • Lead the Marketing Transformation
    • Eagerness to lead the marketing transformation, drive change, and explore consumer needs, combined with the ability to translate this understanding into compelling ideas.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
    • 12+ years of business leadership/brand management/marketing activation experience, including end-to-end project delivery.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Ability to understand and leverage business, finance, and commercial insights, and identify needs to tailor local brand plans as necessary.
    • Great written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English, as well as presentation skills/storytelling.
    • Passion for the brand and the work of brand marketing.
    • Understanding of key marketing concepts, business analytics, and good financial acumen.
    • Commercial awareness, as well as great strategic thinking and very strong analytical skills to deduce solutions and detect opportunities.
