Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute focused intervention strategies for students in essential subjects (Mathematics, English Language Arts, and Natural Sciences).
  • Evaluate students' educational needs and create tailored plans to bridge gaps in knowledge and competencies.
  • Collaborate with classroom educators to pinpoint students who require supplementary assistance.
  • Conduct individualized and small group tutoring sessions.
  • Track and report on student advancement, modifying interventions as necessary.
  • Engage with parents, educators, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to student growth.
  • Employ data-informed methods to enhance student performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related discipline; a focus on Mathematics, English, or Science is preferred.
  • A teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in implementing intervention programs or tutoring in core subjects.
  • Solid understanding of the curriculum for core subjects and effective intervention methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to motivate and inspire students to excel.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
