Dotsquares is seeking a talented and driven Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. In this role, you will contribute to the creation and maintenance of high-quality software solutions using Angular.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable Angular applications using best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into functional software solutions.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code that adheres to coding conventions and design patterns.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in Angular development.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Angular Developer with a strong understanding of its core principles and features.
  • Proficiency in Gitlab workflows, including branch naming conventions, conventional commits, merge request strategies, rebasing, cherry-picking, and patch strategies.
  • Experience with unit testing, test-driven development (TDD), end-to-end testing, object/class mocking, API mocking, network request mocking, and error handling.
  • Skilled in programming practices and the ability to identify optimal solutions for complex algorithms.
  • Ability to write clean, understandable, and efficient code while adhering to no-code/less code principles.
  • Proficiency in using debugging tools and experience with stepping through code using a debugger in various technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with command-line tools, Linux/Bash scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and an understanding of DevOps principles.
  • Experience integrating third-party libraries, quickly locating and understanding documentation and APIs, and adhering to community guidelines.
