We are seeking a highly skilled Dietitian to join our Specialist Weight Management team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a key member of our team, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist dietetic advice and support to patients with weight management needs.
Main Responsibilities- Provide specialist dietetic advice and treatment plans for patients with weight management needs, including those on medical and surgical treatment.
- Assess and treat patients with complex weight management needs, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Liaise with dietetic colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support for patients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of care plans for patients.
- Work collaboratively with the team to promote health and wellbeing, and contribute to the development of health promotion activities.
