Food and Beverage Team Member

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at the National Trust. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our visitors have a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all visitors have a positive experience
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to prepare and serve food and beverages
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Assist with cash handling and operate a point of sale system
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food and beverage role is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and Bank Holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.50
- A fixed term contract for 12 months
