Job Title: Care Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily routines and personal care, including washing, bathing, and supporting toilet use
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to residents
  • Assist with meal times and snacks
  • Participate in activities and events to promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
