Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our growing team in Lancashire. As a Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a caseload of private client work, including probate, administration of estates, wills, IHT planning advice, general estate planning, trusts drafting and administration, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection work.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle a caseload of private client work, including probate, administration of estates, wills, IHT planning advice, general estate planning, trusts drafting and administration, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection work.
- Work closely with the Private Client Team Lead to develop and implement strategies for growth and development.
- Contribute to the development of the Private Client Team, including mentoring and training junior team members.
- Qualified Solicitor or CILEX with at least five years' PQE.
- Proven track record of success in private client work, including probate, administration of estates, wills, IHT planning advice, general estate planning, trusts drafting and administration, lasting powers of attorney and court of protection work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues and other stakeholders.
