About the Role

The company Crunchyroll is seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join their team in a dynamic environment.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global ecommerce lifecycle marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement, upsells, retention, and re-engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting international ecommerce markets
  • Collaborating with product and data teams
  • Managing end-to-end campaign processes
  • Implementing scalable retention marketing programs

To be considered for this role, you should have 8+ years of CRM/Lifecycle Marketing experience, experience in the ECommerce industry, proficiency in using marketing automation tools, and a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
