Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs, and breakdown services for electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Work with High Voltage (HV) systems, Generators, HVAC units, CRAC units, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and Power Distribution Units (PDU).
  • Monitor building environmental conditions through the Building Management System (BMS).
  • Achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure service excellence.
  • Implement modifications and installations as necessary.
  • Collaborate effectively with subcontractors and external suppliers.
  • Maintain responsibility for tools and equipment, ensuring they are in optimal condition.
  • Foster effective communication with clients and management.

Qualifications:
  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering
  • 18th Edition Certification
  • 2391 Certification (Desirable)

Experience and Skills:
  • Proven experience in maintaining relevant mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A strong desire to enhance skills and progress through ongoing training.
