About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team at EQUANS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving our sustainability agenda and contributing to our mission to deliver a more sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sustainable solutions to reduce our environmental impact and promote eco-friendly practices within the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations and supply chain.
  • Conduct environmental impact assessments and develop strategies to minimize our carbon footprint.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies.
  • Provide training and support to employees on sustainability best practices and policies.
  • Monitor and report on our sustainability performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in sustainability and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sustainability management, with a strong understanding of environmental principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks, standards, and certifications, such as ISO 14001 and CDP.
  • Experience with sustainability reporting and data analysis, with a strong understanding of metrics and indicators.
