Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Liaison Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our medical expert panel through recruitment, guidance, and quality controls. This will involve contracting new services and experts, maintaining a high-quality expert panel, and building relationships with solicitors and medical experts to ensure the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, guide, and quality control medical experts to expand our panel
  • Contract new services and experts, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments
  • Maintain a high-quality expert panel to support expert selection and ensure internal and external SLAs are met
  • Build relationships with solicitors and medical experts to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Liaise with operational teams to resolve expert complaints, delays, and non-compliance
  • Support the Director of Operations and Head of Operations in managing expert costs, waiving fees, and providing clear reporting on expert performance
