About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join eXPD8 as a Retail Merchandising Specialist, working primarily within The Entertainer concession within Tesco. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertise in Merchandising: You will have in-depth knowledge of the Entertainer brand and products, and be able to share that knowledge with your team.
  • Compliance and Standards: You will be responsible for adhering to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • Product Placement and Replenishment: You will arrange and organize products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and Point of Sale Setup: You will set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong Communication and Relationship Building: You will build and maintain good working relationships with in-store colleagues, particularly department and store managers.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Merchandising, Retail, and/or Customer Service
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and Use Initiative
  • Pride in Delivering Great Standards and Service
  • Comfortable with Manual Handling
  • Ability to Use a Company Tablet to Download Briefs, Take Photos, and Answer Questions
  • Full UK Driving License and Access to a Car (Desirable)
