Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Learning: Organize, plan, and deliver teaching and learning activities that meet the needs of adult learners, ensuring they achieve their potential and progress in their studies.
- Course Development: Design and develop teaching and learning materials, including those required for blended and online delivery, to ensure a high-quality learning experience for students.
- Student Support: Provide guidance and support to students to ensure their successful completion of courses and achievement of their learning goals.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all teaching and learning activities are aligned with the Education Inspection Framework and University requirements, and that quality assurance procedures are adhered to.
- Qualifications: A degree or Level 3 qualification in a relevant subject area, along with a Level 5 teaching qualification.
- Experience: Proven recent experience in teaching delivery in a relevant subject area/levels.
- Skills: English and Maths at Level 2 or above, and Assessor/IV Award or willingness to achieve within a specified period.
