Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Transport Administrator at Warrens. This exciting opportunity will provide exposure to the transport and logistics industry, with opportunities for progression and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and administer outbound loads, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of outbound paperwork.
  • Update and maintain internal and external systems, ensuring data integrity.
  • Enter and verify data on company 'trackers' across all sections.
  • Handover responsibilities to the next shift, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Report any issues or concerns to senior management.
  • Liaise with the warehouse operation to obtain or query paperwork.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of paperwork.
  • Monitor and track deliveries to ensure timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.
  • Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a pressurized environment.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
